Promoting Social Inclusion and Equity

Intervention 1: Promote social inclusion and participation of marginalized groups such as indigenous communities, women, youth, older persons, and persons with disabilities in livelihood development programs.

Actions: 

• Collaborate with local NGOs, community leaders, and advocacy groups to champion the cause of marginalized groups.
• Develop and deliver training specifically designed for marginalized groups, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Mobilise and provide financial assistance, grants, or subsidies to marginalized groups to support their participation in livelihood programs.
• Organize forums where marginalized groups can share their experiences and provide feedback on programs.
• Facilitate the creation of support networks for marginalized groups to share experiences, resources, and opportunities.
• Share success stories and best practices to inspire others and demonstrate the value of inclusive participation.
